| Take the St. Charles Ave. streetcar for a slow moving ride past many of New Orleans' most famous landmarks. It travels about 6 miles from Canal Street, through the Central Business District, along St. Charles St to Carrolliton Ave. Buy a streetcar pass for the length of your stay from RTA (Regional Transit Authority) and use it on all New Orleans streetcars. It is the most economical way to get around. |
